/PROJECT OVERVIEW/
For this project, I collaborated with Global Citizenship and Philosophy & Professional Practice Crowdsourcing research groups on redesigning the Hague University of Applied Sciences application with the aim of developing a digital environment, that motivates students to freely share opinions about the curriculum and actively participate and co-create with teachers and other stakeholders.
Currently, the university is struggling with collecting enough valuable feedback and increasing the active participation of students in the decision-making process.
In order to tackle this challenge, we decided to take on a qualitative research appoarch as the nature of the research was explorative and focused on a human-centered issue. For data collection techniques, we chose interviews, surveys, focus groups, and undocumented participant observation. The research was successful, resulting in very interesting insights, which we used as a base for developing personas and user flows.
